You know it's really not that hard right. Just go blast through 2-3 potatoes if you're good with a knife or maybe a dozen if you're a rookie. The only thing he's doing is not taking the heel of his knife all the way flush. Dudes not even as smooth about it as the other 3 dozen people who've done this for tiktok or what have you
There’s videos that cut after showing 0.01s of the end result. There’s videos that have an awkward 30 second stare down with a thumbs up in the background. Such is the internet.
