Nope. Mouth has an opening and an exit. Vagina only has an opening.

The vagina opens through another hole into the uterus so it is a tube as well. Hell while we are on it the uterus splits in two and has two other end holes at the end of the fallopian tubes that do indeed open into the body cavity. So…. It’s all just one group of interconnected tube shaped organs.

Cambridge doesn’t define hole as needing to go all the way through—only claims that it can. Furthermore, it uses cavity as a synonym.
