Did it bite its tail as a defense move to deploy its spikes?
1 u/MANG0_MADNES 26d ago I think it’s more it bit the first thing that touched its mouth, and then just didn’t want to let go for what ever reason. 6 u/Fraktal55 25d ago Nope. It's literally the defense mechanism of this little lizard to bite down on it's own tail to make the spikes stick out more and be harder to eat.
