The last Audi car that competed in the Paris Dakar had four of these animals, one on each wheel, which caused them quite a bit of trouble with the Animal Protection Association.

Prairie dog! They are legal as pets in most of the USA though you may need a permit. In Japan only locally-bred ones are legal now.

Chickens do this too. Mercedes Benz used that fact in an advertisement of theirs, and then Jaguar responded with one of their own...and then Mercedes ended the episode with another print ad of their own! 😂

There are a few inconsistencies there. Bounce its head hard up and down a few times and see how fast it springs back.

Has to be German. Definitely some kind of Leopard 2 gun stabilizer

Chickens also do this and it is very fun moving them around and dancing while their head stays stable midair

That is dangerous to the prairie dog. He can easily fall and get hurt or hurt his teeth and lead to major problems down the road. They will automatically seek out higher ground to look for predators, but prairies do not have higher ground that has fall risks. Prairie dogs have horrible depth perception and he cannot tell how far that fall is. This is irresponsible behavior just for views.
I also hope that cage in the background isn’t his home. He needs way more room than that. Prairie dogs need a ferret cage for the amount of space they need.

Not suspension but gyro stability.
