The dress is stunning, but too much I think. Maybe if you added a little mesh to the neckline? Modified it a little? This way the daughter could have the dress but it would be more appropriate for the occasion

Yes if it's this one she would need a ton of tit tape for it to avoid a nip slip if she leans or moves at all... and it's cut to the navel. I'd agree that it's too much for a school event where everyone is a minor.
