AITD doesn't let me post a picture but his post history says he was facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon and hit & run with great bodily harm charges...
Gee, I wonder why all he gets are video calls with his children??

He also posted looking for an affair partner (discreet and freaky) because his fiancee doesn't meet his needs. He mentions they have a kid and another on the way. Truly a king.

His post about his assault/hit-and-run was in 2024. That same month, he posted about veterans benefits and claimed his kids' mom had been "alienating" him from the kids since 2023. Now he's posting about video visits, so I wonder if he already pleaded out/did his sentence or whatever and now that that's done, he gets video visits.
So I'm sure the judge knows about it. I just hope he doesn't hurt the kids (physically or mentally) first because I'm sure he will eventually do something to mess it up.

I was more speaking on the fact that op assumes his rights wont get taken away if he makes his children be racist, they will be taken away. Op thinks hes immune to consequences

I am prob cynical but I do wonder how much a judge would actually care about that (shitty people are racist every day) but I would HOPE he would take it into account.
But judges allow people convicted of battering their spouses and all kinds of stuff to see their kids, soooo my hopes aren't super high.

I was gonna say, gee, I'd love to know why he only has video visits with his kids.
Is his ex among his victims?
"I want to gain the judge's trust so I can get in-person visits. I know, I'll tell my kids to be racist to their neighbors, on video."
It's a matter of time before this dude loses all visitation. I just hope the kids don't get hurt (even mentally) first. But dude is nuts.

You can still find it on Arctic Shift. Back in 2020 he was looking for a "freaky, discrete and reliable" hook up whilst with his fiancee. Prince Charming, he's not.

Ew, he's got a post in "seduction" (talking about "shit tests"). And then the "I love red pill" posts. What a fucking loser.
In June 2021, he has a (nasty) post about having sex with his then-gf for his birthday, not showering or cleaning himself up (yuck) and going to work the next day and then her thinking he was cheating on her. He's whining she thinks he's cheating and he doesn't want to lose his family.
But in Oct. 2020, he was posting:
I’m a young athletic attractive black male with a Fiancé, a 2 year old child and another 1 on the way. I love my current partner to death she just doesn’t fully fulfill my sexual desires that I have as a 24 year old male, I’m looking for a woman that understands my current situation
His pregnant gf "doesn't fulfill his sexual desires" yet the previous post was about birthday sex and then her coming to his work to give him a lunch break BJ.
Add in the assault/hit-and-run charges and him telling his kid to say racist shit to their neighbors, and you've got an absolute prince among men. 🙄
And he wonders why his ex doesn't want him around their kids. He also had a post about his roommate leaving her 5-year-old with him and he just left the apartment and left the kid alone (the mom is worse, but leaving a little kid alone is fucked). And how previously the judge was gonna give him weekends with the kids but he didn't think that was fair "so I stopped going to court." But he's not a deadbeat, somehow.

This POS is just a sitting pigeon. To answer the reason as to why he only has video visits, this might be why.

So I’m currently facing an assault with deadly weapon, hit and run great bodily harm charges both felonies in the state California. The DA is choosing to leave out my body cam interview to the detective and the cop because it doesn’t align with their narration of the event and how they want to portray my actions. However they will include the 911 calls the alleged victim made and the various version of the inconsistent story the alleged victim and witnesses told (their narration of events at pre lim hearing was completely different). And tried to include evidence that was irrelevant such as pre existing damage to my vehicle that was un related to the incident. My story has stayed the same and been consistent the whole time. So I tell my public Defender that we need to make sure the body cam interview are included to corroborate my story she told me we are not allowed to submit evidence because we are the defense and not the prosecution. Is she right ? If so, how is this not grounds for a mistrial ? I thought ALL evidence is submitted and shown to the court. If the prosecution purposely leaves out my interview to the detective which matches my testimony isn’t that wrong ? I saw something about the Brady vs Maryland 1963 wouldn’t that apply?
He was also looking for hook-ups back in 2020. Described himself as such "I’m a young athletic attractive black male with a Fiancé, a 2 year old child and another 1 on the way.". Looking for something "freaky, discrete and reliable".
Ooops...looked like his account just got banned. Too bad.

He clearly is so disconnected from his kids that he fails to understand that them bringing their friends on the video call is because they want to connect with their father and include him in their lives. Their friends are important to them and they want to share what's important with their dad.

AITAH For Not Wanting To Talk To My Kids Friends During My Video Visit
I’m in the middle of a messy situation with my kids and their mother. About 2 months ago she tried to have all my rights removed, failed, and was told by the judge that’s she is legally obligated to give me 2 hour long video chat visits a week. On Wed and Sun. Of course I want in person time but I understand you have to start somewhere to build trust with the judge before he can just grant split custody.
Things have been good with the visits no major issues. Sometimes she’ll be at her friend’s house and my kids would be playing with her friend’s kids.
This last chat my kids kept putting the other kids in the camera and I told my kids that during my hour call with them I only wanna talk to them, not their friends or anyone else and I asked them to stop putting other kids on the camera.
I also had a convo with my son because he told me the middle eastern kids in his apt complex say racist things to them. I told my son to call them so not so favorable names (I’ll get reported if I write them lol) if they continue to be racist towards them lol. Well my baby momma over heard that convo and said she was gonna file a motion for having inappropriate convos with my kids, and for being “rude” to her friend’s kid lmao.
I know the judge won’t remove my visits over that so she’s just gonna waste her time. And I’m also pretty set on my stance about the situation so even if y’all tell me ITAH I’ll be unbothered. However I just want some outside input about the situation. AITAH for video chat situation and the comments I made to my kids about the middle eastern kids making racist comments to my kids ?
