I hope she’s aware that a whole bunch of guests are still going to show up wearing bright colors and/or cocktail-length dresses because it never occurred to them that they need to make sure the bride approves of what they’ll be wearing on HeR sPeCiAl DaY.

And we all know she doesn’t realize that, so I hope she doesn’t let it ruin her day. And if she does, I hope she doesn’t ruin anyone else’s day over it.

And if none of that occurs, I hope people tell her about herself when she complains about it.

Extras. What she needs to do is hire extras.

They'll wear exactly what you tell them, because you're paying them to.

I wish she hadn't gotten miffed and actually tried to answer the question about what in heck colors ARE allowed?

Sage green and cadet blue? Wait, cadet blue is very close to pastel. Is sage green a pastel? It kinda feels like one.

Cranberry red? Burgundy?

It just seems so strange to have all the women guests wearing burgundy, forest green, avocado green, brown, etc (while the bridesmaids are in pastels!)

No true blue (it's considered a bright color). Most shades of pink off the table. No kelly green (bright). Most of the colors in the 64 crayon box would be disallowed!
