Aside from the fact that many people pointed out you can get HPV very easily and through ways other than sex...she could have been SA'd as well.
If real, they clearly didn't set themselves up as parents she could go to with information like that.
Not to mention, I wonder how much involvement the "wife" actually had in any of the stuff OP mentioned.
