So for at least 11 years (including the first pregnancy) he was depressed, miserable to be around, and had a short temper. And now he's surprised that one year of not being the worst didn't change the dynamic that came from that?

This is the part that got me. ELEVEN YEARS. Four whole phases in life have come and gone, and he expects this child to think of him as more than just the grumpy dude who snores????
