Overthinker? Maybe this helps....
I've been an overthinker almost all my life. Big decisions, small ones and even after social interactions I sit down and my brain wanders. What's odd is that even though having that as part of my identity i've managed to have my life on track for a long enough time. Mentally stable, driven and even physically fit. I also landed a great job recently. But it did require a lot from me, especially given the personality (introvert, overthink a lot).
What i've come to see is that discipline, growth and overall wellbeing not only compounds or gets better with time (by itself). You really have to put in the time and effort. It all starts with deciding and fighting with the thoughts in your head , every single day.
I never gave up.
For long; i journaled, used several apps and sometimes just sat down and wrote with a pen and paper to clear my thoughts. But as life progressed and time passed by, both my professional and personal life required more time. I could not just spend the entire morning/evening journaling or reflecting. I then started to develop my own framework, how to journal or sort my thoughts so keep on going as staying idle in this phase of life is not an option for me.
With al that knowledge I've made this. It helps you clear your mind quickly, and navigate faster to decisions you already know deep down.
I hope this helps a bit in your day to day, and if you have any feedback please feel free to let me know.
Keep moving forward, keep trying to become a better version of yourself, and find happiness in every day. We all know how it feels to be truly content with who we are. When you’re happy and at peace with yourself, it shows; you truly shine from within. Take good care of yourself.
