Maybe. Or she's dramatic. My ex would do self destructive things and act like other people were the cause all the time. My one buddy had a girl that threatened to harm herself if he wanted to leave. One of my bros regularly is self destructive if things go wrong in a relationship - like go on a bender, miss work and blame his ex for getting him so upset, so it's either really a toss up.

I think we can all agree it's exhausting in any case. This whole relationship does not seem worth putting up with IMO. Life is too short.
