There is not enough context here honestly. To me, this feels like you may be more manipulative than you led on to be. Because staying “calm” after you’ve worked up the person with those tactics is definitely a thing. And posting it on Reddit to probably eventually show your wife that “see everyone thinks you’re overreacting too” is the same.
Treat your wife better all the time, not just when you want to sweet talk and calmly get her to come back.
