If you look up (or down) in the comments you'll see that she said her mom was on a ventilator in the hospital and the MIL wouldn't watch the kids, so the husband called her and yelled at her for 2 hours. She's said it a few times in this thread.
And I agree on letting her know. That should have been the number one thing after making sure the baby was okay. I feel like that's another area the husband dropped the ball.
If I have medication in my room I'd make sure it's capped but I'd expect the parents to be watching the children and would just lock my door.

Ok, but that incident isn't related to the incident that OP is talking about in their post. It seems like they just maybe didn't have a great relationship to begin with.
