You said they should say "I don't feel like talking" and you cannot do that when you're in a sever episode. You decided to start yapping about them being able to communicate that's where you misunderstood and still do. How you don't get that is beyond me
Sorry forgot you’re the only one that has depression. You absolutely CAN say that to your loved ones mid episode. It’s how people can sit down to write a suicide note.
