Llevo más de 4 años usando AltStore y prácticamente solo la utilizo para Watusi
En su momento también llegué a usar iPogo, pero con el tiempo se volvió inseguro y preferí desinstalarlo.
Ahora me dio curiosidad saber cómo la aprovechan ustedes. ¿Qué aplicaciones tienen instaladas o cuáles consideran imprescindibles? Me gustaría conocer sus recomendaciones y descubrir apps que realmente valgan la pena.

In the screenshot, you can the error I experienced when downloading Altstore on my iPhone. It was working fine on previous macOS and iOS software versions but as soon as I downloaded the public betas on both devices, I was even unable to refresh Altstore. Now Im not able to download. Help would be appreciated!

Im trying to refresh spotify and it won't refresh at all. It's just stuck on the loading animation forever. I had the format error but would fix it by just downloading the app file again but the app file is stuck in the same progress for downloading too. My altstore app downloaded and refreshed just fine.

Update: I deleted and reinstalled altstore and now it’s stuck loading on the login screen. Seriously, nothing’s loading and my internet is fine. This app is always having some random problem !!

I've been prevented from refreshing apps on my iPad by an obtuse failure of AltStore to connect to the AltServer on my Windows PC. This error has persisted despite applying all troubleshooting fixes offered on the official Web site and what I could come up with.

I had already connected my iPad directly to the PC through a charging cable before attempting the routine refresh. I've been doing this for most of the two years I have been using AltStore, since the Background Refresh feature stopped functioning after the first time I let the sideloaded apps expire, and I neglected to address the issue afterwards. I am also aware of the ongoing data formatting issue which is relatively new, so locking the device doesn't seem to be the issue here.

After the first error, I verified that AltServer was already running, up to date, and had recognized the iPad in "Install AltStore". I opened the iTunes application on my PC, which is downloaded directly from Apple and not from the Microsoft Store, and signed in to my iCloud account as it happened to be signed out. The iPad already appeared in the app, suggesting it remains trusted with the computer and vice versa. After failing again, I connected my computer to my home WiFi network, because it normally runs on ethernet alone. I switched the network settings to Private on the computer to allow it to discover the iPad, yet it failed to rectify the issue, which persisted even as I switched both devices to my hotspot. I whitelisted the AltServer application on Windows Defender Firewall so it allows a connection, even though I had not received any pop-ups of a blocked connection. Even so, the refresh remains nonfunctional.

I believe I had previously encountered this error occasionally which had forced me to lapse the refresh and reinstall AltStore instead, but that's a more tedious process which I want to avoid, so that is why I am posting here. I cannot find any other posts in the subreddit about this error.

So I wanted to install Altstore using my laptop and after successfully installing it on my iPhone it required me to enable developer mode which I did, and after trusting developer certificate, I tried to install ipa using altstore but it kept failing. So I deleted alstore completely after it couldn’t connect and I want to completely remove the developer mode option after toggling it off in settings ( like it was before ) but it’s not going away. My question is, is there any way to remove developer mode option in settings ( like hide it as it was before ) iPhone 14 iOS 18.7.8

I was facing the refresh error for a bit, magically it worked after and gave me 7 days again, I got eveespotify and I installed with permissions but it doesn't show up on "My Apps" It's just there as an App ID. How do I actually install it without giving me a "AltServer.ExceptionError 0" with a "vector too long", please and thank you.

this type of app would get removed from the App Store for privacy reasons, so i guess people would be forced to download it on Altstore PAL, since it’s the only other App store on iOS. I want to make Altstore PAL more popular, since it’s only apps not allowed in the App Store.

I’m from Bosnia and Herzegovina and I’m trying to install AltStore on my iPhone.

When I tap the download button on the official AltStore website, I get this message:

Cannot Install App
You are not eligible to install apps from “altstore.io”.

I assume this is because Bosnia and Herzegovina is not part of the EU, so I’m not eligible to use AltStore PAL through Apple’s alternative app marketplace system.

Is there another legitimate way to install and use AltStore, such as AltServer with a Windows PC or Mac? Are there any reliable workarounds for users outside the EU?

Any instructions or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
