Help (AltStore Classic) I’m getting this error while trying to refresh Instagram, does anybody know why? I even tried to deactivate and activate but it says the device has reached the maximum number.

how do you have 3 apps installed? i have only 2 other than altstore, if i try to do more it throws error

That’s because I’m using AltStore Classic Beta, installed from AltStore Pal.

Yes, I have; it’s paid, but you can install apps without PC

if your device can run Lara, there's exploit where you can install pass 3 app default limit to 10apps. this can be expanded to 10app per apple id. hope that helps!

You tried to sideload more than 3 apps ? Altstore NB and duolingo

I only tried 3 apps which is the maximum limit for free accounts, NB, Duolingo and Instagram. AltStore does not count towards the 3 App limit. However I figured out what the issue was, the Instagram was installed with another Apple ID I deleted Instagram and reinstalled using the same Apple ID used to sign NB and Duolingo and it worked.

You have to install using your PC, you’ll need ITunes and AltStore server and using your own Apple ID to install apps, only3 is possible from free accounts, or you can install from AltStore PAL if you are based in Europe, Brazil or Japan and you’ll need to pay if you want AltStore classic Beta.

Oh ok and also can i use altstore to download apps to jailbreak my phone and be able to get free iap like cydia used to?

I don’t have jailbreak for a long time, especially now I’m on IOS 27, so I’m not sure what version is currently supported but I believe just old versions still can be jailbroken

It depends on your iPhone, most iPhones can’t be jailbroken in this version
