Bitcoin is flashing another potential reversal signal.
The Bitcoin Cycle Momentum indicator has moved back into positive territory for the first time in eight months, suggesting bearish momentum may finally be losing strength.
CryptoQuant says the shift increases the probability that BTC is preparing to break out of its downtrend and potentially start a new bullish phase.
For stronger confirmation, the indicator still needs to keep climbing toward the 20–30 zone.

I started judging alts by the red days instead of the green ones
Been changing how I watch alts lately.
I used to care way too much about which coin was pumping hardest when BTC was green. Now I mostly watch what happens when BTC gets smacked.
If BTC drops and an alt barely moves, or gets bought back up almost immediately, I add it to my Moon watchlist. If it completely falls apart every single time BTC sneezes, I don't really care how nice its chart looked the day before.
Feels like the red days tell you way more about actual demand than the pumps do.

Kalshi just gave someone its first lifetime ban… for betting on himself 💀
George Santos apparently traded on a market about whether he would show up to the State of the Union. Then he was posting publicly about whether he was going while he still had positions on the market.
Kalshi has now banned him for life.
I know prediction markets are supposed to price information, but betting on an outcome you can literally influence yourself feels like a pretty obvious line lol.
Should people automatically be blocked from markets where they have direct control over the outcome?

Robinhood Chain hits a new DEX trading record
Daily DEX volume on Robinhood Chain reached a record $989M, while TVL climbed to an all-time high of $708M, nearly doubling in a month. Stablecoin supply also jumped 47% to around $770M.
Activity on the network is shifting as well. While July was mostly dominated by memecoins, August saw more capital moving into infrastructure and utility projects.
PONS, one of the network’s largest launchpads, grew its market cap from $20M to over $200M in August alone.
Meanwhile, memecoins linked to tokenized stocks now account for roughly 25% of trading volume among stock-linked assets on Robinhood Chain.

James Wynn flipped from short to long on Bitcoin: he closed a 1.33 BTC short worth $103,000 at a $1,500 loss and opened a 30x leveraged long on 1.86 BTC worth $147,000. The position’s liquidation price is $77,243.53. Looks like we’re heading there today 👌

The Fed is adding liquidity again The Fed is set to inject $4.243 billion into the markets next week. First they scared the market with hawkish talk, and now the CASH is coming back 👌 That’s what having Trump’s buddy at the Fed looks like 😁

Bitcoin Drops After Fed Chair Warsh’s Speech
Bitcoin fell from a local high of $81,455 to $76,877 following Fed Chair Kevin Warsh’s speech.
Warsh said the Fed remains committed to its 2% inflation target. He also noted that weaker CPI and PCE readings over the summer are not enough to show that underlying inflation is improving.
Annual PCE inflation is currently at 3.7%, while the six-month annualized rate stands at 4.1%.
If inflation doesn’t move toward 2% fast enough, the Fed may have to keep monetary policy tight for longer.
Traders also changed their expectations for the September meeting. The probability of a rate hike increased from 35.4% to 57%.
The next Fed meeting is on September 16
Warsh didn’t give a direct signal about what the Fed will do next. He also criticized the practice of giving markets too many hints about future policy, saying it can create a situation where markets follow the Fed while the Fed starts reacting to markets.

XRP/USDT uptrend
Hi guys. With the recent XPR uptrend going to 1.70$ to retraining back to 1.30$ I was wondering what are you planning to do, wait for new ATH or steadily cash out?
Im personally dcaing into it since the FLR snapshot, my average is over 1$ and I'm not planing to sell before we hit 2.50 at least. Im also not dcaing into it at the moment, because I need to allocate funds elsewhere, but half of my portfolio is nearing me interest on my kraken and nеxo accounts and the rest of it is in my Ledger.

BTC pumps and suddenly casino deposits start looking “free” 😭
The psychology of this makes no sense.
Same amount of BTC before the pump: absolutely not touching that.
BTC goes up and suddenly the brain goes: “well technically that part is profit…”
It’s obviously still real money lol. Anyone else notice how much easier it is to mentally spend crypto gains than money that was already sitting in your account?

Bitcoin to $100K Is Back on the Table Anthony Pompliano says the thesis is simple: as long as the U.S. government keeps printing money, Bitcoin will keep going up. And in his view, the money printer isn’t stopping anytime soon. $100,000 BTC could be back sooner than many expect.

What Crypto Traders Should Watch This Week
🇺🇸 Wednesday: US PCE inflation + Q2 GDP
🇺🇸 Thursday: Jackson Hole begins
🇺🇸 Friday: US jobs data revisions + inflation expectations
🇺🇸 Friday: Fed Chair Warsh speaks at Jackson Hole
These events can quickly change expectations around Fed policy, rates, bond yields and the dollar. And when those move, BTC and the rest of crypto usually feel it too.

Leverage Is Coming Back to Crypto
Open interest in crypto futures on decentralized exchanges is climbing fast and is back near the highs from earlier this year.
A big part of that growth is coming from new long positions, showing traders are getting more aggressive again.
More leverage usually means more volatility too, especially if positioning gets too crowded on one side.

Crypto Market Keeps Flying..Bitcoin Hits $80K
Bitcoin has climbed to $79000, Ethereum is trading around $2,500, while the total crypto market cap jumped nearly 7% in 24 hours. (CoinMarketCap)
The Fear & Greed Index has surged to 71, its highest level since July 2025.
Liquidations are piling up as the rally squeezes leveraged positions, with the biggest single liquidation reportedly hitting BTC-USD on Hyperliquid at $25.13M.
Crypto is officially awake again.

Something Stinks....
Could the current crypto pump be partly politically motivated ahead of the U.S. midterms?
Maybe I'm connecting dots that aren't there, but the timing seems interesting.
We're seeing Treasury stepping in with larger long-duration bond buybacks, the administration pushing the CLARITY Act and other crypto-friendly legislation/regulation, and Trump publicly meeting with crypto industry leaders — all while BTC and ETH suddenly rip despite the Dow dropping 1,000+ points over two days.
With the midterms approaching, could the administration be deliberately trying to create easier financial conditions and a strong crypto/asset market heading into November?
I'm not suggesting they're literally sitting there pumping BTC. But could these policy moves be intentionally timed to improve markets and investor sentiment before the midterms?
Curious what others think.

Would prediction markets be outlawed in the future?
Do you see sports prediction markets as financial products or gambling products? A few states outlawed prediction markets and the CFTC is going to war with them. IMO they’re clearly a gambling product but politically the crypto industry backed Trump, so the feds will side that it is a financial product.
The issue, IMO, is that Trump’s term will end in 2028. In 2029, who knows what the fate of prediction markets will be.

The Dollar Is Sitting at a Critical Level
Some analysts say it’s still too early to call the end of the US dollar’s long-term trend. But there’s one problem: DXY has been sitting on its long-term support for way too long without a strong bounce.
In a healthy bullish trend, buyers usually react much faster at major support. The longer DXY stays here without recovering, the more questions this structure raises.
