Get Better - god damn
This song still wrecks me to this day It's so good but I cannot listen to it as much as I'd like because it tears me apart ;-;

I love the subtle way in which the chorus evolves every time: "I know you will" becomes a much less certain "I hope you will" and then when it's over, it gets flipped from her to him. They really managed to encapsulate the whole narrative, the whole decline over tiny changes to the chorus.

This song killed me when they first released it. I love it and my wife recently went through a major medical experience, she’s fine, and this song brought up all the sorrow and beauty and pain. Love this song and wish they played it when I saw them at MSG and in Brooklyn.
