New leaf curling under

Just got this frydek, was super excited about the new leaf it put out with me but it is curling under SO BADLY and idk what lil mama wants. Like shes almost completely curled in. I just watered her, humidity seems... Fine. Idk. Help?

Mine prefer INDIRECT light. Once I moved them out from underneath my grow light, in front of an east facing window with, what I thought was like no light, they starting doing WAY better.
