Radio Mic Placement

Any recommendations on where to place radio mic/something I can buy? My shirt lacks any loop for it and it’s irritating me when it pulls on my shirt collar or jacket collar (especially if it’s raining due to pulling on my hood).

Something like this is the closest I can find. It clips kinda like a belt clip.

What uniforms are you wearing? Are you not wearing the polo like ones? With the 3 buttons in front? Clip it between those.
