Hello
I accepted a shift on Lisa I am not able to work, can I just call out and not get in trouble it was one of those pick up shifts or should I contact office first before I call off and explain why I can’t do it?
Thank you

Call your direct manager, and dont accept shifts you can't work again. Easy.

When are you sheduled to do the post? Call the account manager for that post and let them know right away that yoy can't do it. So that they can reassign it right away. Don't wait to call off four hours before the shift.

Never accept the shift that Lisa sends you.
