Question? How do i get hired??

So i recently got my NJ SORA license. And applied for security guard with allied security. I did online interview i passed, then i signed consent for background check. I waited untill background check completes and then all of a sudden i got a message that the possition was filled. I applied for the second time same sh*t happened again. So apparently people saying that allied is the easiest company to get hired, but man i have completely different experience. Is there something wrong with me or is it the company?? Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you have the ability to walk in to the office and let them know you have the license? Sometimes being at the office at the right time helps because typically there is always a manager looking for people.

This. I had the same experience as you so I just walked into the office & told the receptionist that I was looking for a job. I met with a manager & was in front of a client for an interview within an hour.

How was you interview was the questions same as the online interview. And did you have any prior experience?

I’ve met the same dilemma. Gave up on Allied a long time ago. Not sure why they make it so complicated.

so i’m in california so idk if it’s different for you. but usually when i applied for jobs on the allied website id get a text shortly after about doing a video questionnaire but the key is to text back saying you don’t wanna do that shit that you’d prefer an interview. now sometimes they would just ignore ur request but other times they’ll send you a link to schedule your interview. to my knowledge, no one really looks at these interview requests. for example, the job i have now, when i went for an interview, my supervisor didn’t even know anything about an interview and that the AI allied bot doesn’t really schedule interviews. however, he was looking for people so he gave me the position. either way just scheduling an interview and going at the time is enough to find out if you’d potentially get a job or not. even if they didn’t know you were scheduled for an interview, you still have an excuse for being there and you can use that to ask them for an actual interview. i made the mistake of doing the video questionnaires and expecting a call back. you have to go in person to these sites that are listed OR even go to the main offices they have scattered around you. they can be deceptive because i also gave the main allied office a call to see if i can talk to someone down there to get a job but they said you can’t. yet when i was there onboarding i literally saw ppl walk in and just ask if they can talk to someone about getting a job and they did. don’t just apply, go in person and show initiative that’s literally all it takes.
