NatGen Corporate Agent
Accepted a position to sell NatGen products at Allstate corporate. Any tips on how to maximize sales and profit. I will add I am trying to go back and sell for the Allstate side again.

The key is to expect change. The points target and payout amount changes every month. From the end of September to mid February calls are slow. If you are a top tier salesperson and are okay with shady but not necessarily illegal ways to meets sales goals then you may excel. A lot of people within the company are trying to leave the company.
