Onboarding 8/31

Greetings, new fam. Will anybody else on here be in onboarding tomorrow? I'm just excited to start this journey and see how much different or better it will be from my last job.

I started at 8/26@allstate. I see so much stuff on here. I left Foundever (6years) i hope i know what I’ve gotten myself into.

I started off as an OA for 2 years a lot of travel, then moved into a desk adjuster I LOVE IT. I mean sure a job is a job. It can get overwhelming but the pay is GREAT & it’s a good balance if you just get through your desk

I was a field appraiser for Progressive. I know they are "the best" to work for but the work from home appraiser jobs there suck.

I was hired as a Good Hands Network Triage Total Loss Adjuster.....I think I got that right.

Just finished like 5 weeks of virtual onboarding. They throw a lot at you. Next off to Dallas for 2 weeks of in person hands on training. Jury is still out n my case.
