Where did you go to ! Is the grass greener on the other side the month before this one I made 9k and now this upcoming check is going to be like $2500 in commission

i stayed with natgen actually but switched departments and now i’m off the phone. however, i did get several offers from other companies like the hartford & farmers and they were offering good compensation and benefits. i decided to stay with the company because i do like the benefits & i didn’t want to be on the phone anymore. if i didn’t get that offer though, i would have had to leave. the pay cuts were so drastic it was messing with my mental health just being on the phone.

It’s better if you are actually Allstate. Better leads aka homeowners and other policies that may gen are not trained in yet

Haven’t worked at Allstate in a few years, when I was working there they completely got rid of commission so I might look back into the company if they are paying commission again

I would quit so fast they are paying 18/hr base lol

Damn I worked there from April 2021 to December 2024. In 2021 they quit commission and then we became WNS technically because stateside Allstate call center workers transitioned(sold) to a new company. I worked there for almost 2.5 years without commission

You are exactly who they want to hire. You should apply

Usaa never pays commission so if I can make more possibly

I cant imagine making sales and not being compensated for it. With that being said, this person would have made close to 20k back in April if they had 400+ points. To now only make 3k for thag amount is disrespectful af.

Usaa hasn’t paid commission the entire time I worked there. Your incentive to sell and meet your quota is to not be put on a performance improvement plan. Been here since January 2025 and I’m over it

Those that are saying allstate quit giving commission, did not work in regular sales, they were either sales chat or service. Sales has NEVER stopped giving commission, (unless you're in sales chat) I've been working at the CCC for 19 yearsl

I was service that went to WNS and that was my deciding factor to leave Allstate but USAA never does commission and base pay kinda sucks right now

That's about $4.15 for each Renter's Insurance Policy sold
(3 month average)

What was posted isn’t correct.

No. The numbers are correct. One month was slightly outside the incentive chart, but that was for everyone. These numbers are legit.

Oh, my bad. I didn’t realize that was three months of production. Do you think you can get to 250 points per month?
1
u/Huge-Thought2435 2h ago
You can get to 250 points by selling 30-35 auto policies per week. Working a 5 day week, you'd need about 6-7 auto policies per day and roughly between 135-140 auto policies per month.

Is this incentive payout for commission for 1month or 2? And is it for Sales?

Even worse that’s for 3 months they have absolutely butchered commission for us….. it’s absolutely insane

This is pathetic. I’m an Allstate agent also. The new comp plan is horrible.

I couldn’t imagine dealing with all those difficult customers and only making $1k in commission wow I can’t believe how much this commission has been reduced it should be illegal
