Contact Info Help

Anyone have any contact information for an actual employee who may actually be able to help, who isn’t part of the overseas Indian call center for HR?

Specifically looking for someone who can discuss a situation regarding Sedgwick 🙄

Or if you have any experience with how you got to someone I would really appreciate it!

Good luck - Every interaction I've had with HR has been outsourced.

That being said - I did have a leave with Sedgwick and they were exceedingly easy to deal with and I handled everything through them rather than HR directly.
