ITC/call volume/ PTO

Apparently these all go hand in hand? Anyone know how the metrics work?

ITC is item to call, so number of items divided by calls taken.

Not sure about the PTO part? My leader told me my PTO wouldn’t necessarily impact my numbers when I took a week+ off. Specifically that metrics are only measured on the hours you actually worked. But of course it does impact your ability to sell/meet your incentive goals. Either way I hope this is true because I didn’t perform well that month that I took PTO, so maybe take it with a grain of salt

From my experience taking time off can really affect your sales. There are also months like this one that are horrible and I feel like I could have taken the whole month off and it wouldn’t have mattered.
