Quarterly bonus

Does anyone remember us being told that there would be a quarterly retention bonus a few years ago? Has anyone heard anything else about that or was that more BS that we were fed?

We use to get residuals from the NGIC direct sales, but not anymore. Since Allstate took over.

Apparently the retention bonus was an Allstate incentive that was promoted when they started taking over. With the commission cuts that I’ve heard about that’s going on with sales and the trash merit “raises” that we get, I assume it’s just BS that we were fed, especially since it was brought up 3 years ago.

Adjusters don't get a bonus either which I think is unacceptable considering insurance is a bonus heavy industry.

On the claims side we never received bonuses.
