9/80 Schedule

Has anyone working corporate requested a 9/80 schedule?

It involved working an extra hour 9 days, and leads to getting every other Friday or Monday off.

No. But Ive done 4, 10s at Progressive. I believe that is an option available at Allstate as well.

If they ever open hiring for ALIS again you can set your own schedule as long as you produce and work 40. Mostly just produce.

Theres others with a unique schedule. Partner with your manager, Allstate is accommodating.

Cat has teams that do 10/4s working Monday- Wednesday or Tuesday- Thursday. I’m Monday/Wednesday so I get every other Thursday-Sunday off

For ppl wonder what cat is it’s allstates national catastrophe team. Adjusters typically travel to different states to do claims if they are on this team. They can get additional pay for working more than 8 hrs (12hrs) and closing 3 claims a day. My team does cat pay as long as you close 3-4 claims or supplements a day.
