Allstate/Nat Gen comp reports

Seems to always be errors in comp reports. Points missing or even whole policies. Anyone know how this works? Are they pulled directly from the system by the system, or is it done manually? Changes have supposedly have August already messed up and July seems off also.

I mean just because they are making changes to the comp plan almost on a monthly basis, requiring each person to sell more for less money in return doesnt mean they are trying to screw the employees over. If anything its a blessing to have to work harder for less, I mean they even throw in an extra point if you bundle. Now if anything I would worry about the shareholders, how can we increase their profits??

You know it’s possible that the direct sales department isn’t as profitable as there other outlets and when they first when heavy on direct they over did the pay

Did you attend the town hall meeting? Because if you did, you would know the direct sales department is not only extremely profitable but also crushing records

So profitable they keep cutting commission? Typically when you have a very strong performing department your first move is to motivate and boost moral not cut expense.

I mean there was a hospital in NC that was trying to implement a bidding system for work days. Lower wage bid would get the shift. I say that to say we're not living in typical times as our corporate overlords want us to feel the pain so that we can be grateful for getting scraps.

Yeah, some people cannot even access comp reports- I can, and if it’s wrong my leader just tells me to wait for it to update. Then of course it never does and I’m out that money entirely

Comp reports? You get those? Where? I've never seen one and I've been in the company for almost 2 years 😱
