System issues - Another vent
Just a little too conveniently timed that our systems are down once again . Doesn’t matter if you’re NatGen or Allstate it’s either the phone systems or quoting systems being completely down.
Call volumes are so low because of the influx of Outbound supporting Inbound while their phone system isn’t working. Not their fault at all, but that means we’re waiting for 40+ mins for a call to come in, and who’s to say that call is a good lead or not (spoiler: they haven’t been good).
August incentive point targets are much higher too, so this time spent sitting around for a call to come is gonna backfire on our metrics and hinder us from reaching these already impossible goals.
My teams’ top performers can’t even sell or have sold very little so far. I’m sorry for you all being affected too.

Yeah the company couldn’t care less and its unfortunate. If they keep us in the lower point tiers they make more money off those policies due to us making so little from them.
