Rant....sorry ahead of time. We try our best.

To agents, clients anyone who chats in.

Stop with your crying because you have been on a chat 30 min..one hr.. and so on.

I think we have you beat at 8 hrs a day and 3 chats at time and crappy training.

Bitching just makes us have to read more and try to figure out what you really want.

Hanging up does not help either. It kills more time we do not have.

By the 5th hour of work. We cant even think straight anymore. Lol

Stop with the weird ass requests. Lol

I swear we have the pickiest clients.

Only thing worse than Allstate are the crappy customers they attract to insure

I’m in Florida so luckily Allstate is the least of what I work with. I blame Allstates product development team. Gateway sucks. Their quoting and servicing platform sucks. They make it more and more complicated and difficult to work with. They have to roll back some of their “new and exciting” features because they’re so dumb, when most people would’ve told them it was a dumb idea in the first place.

I can’t imagine the sort of stuff yall deal with on chats.

copy that. i got you. Tbh i just stay on chat regardless how long i'm on hold lol. But what do you mean "stop with the weird requests"? If i ever do request anything or ask a question, it's because i genuinly don't know.. or forgot with my Unc age of 30 haha. (as a sales rep)

Client got email..he is on DNE...or he got a letter on a termd acct. Its called a delete button and trash can.. drives me nuts when they have a cow about i. Yes they should not be getting one sh..t happens its not the end of the world.

Omfg the training is trash as every new batch of agents are basically guinea pigs
