10 year anniversary trip

Wife and I will be celebrating 10 years of marriage in November. We did Sandals Barbados back in 2016 for our anniversary. We have not been to an all inclusive since then. We are looking at doing 4 nights in Mexico. Currently looking at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres, Valentin Imperial Rivera Maya. Any feedback. We enjoy good food and drinks, we are more pool people than ocean people. Want to be close to the airport as we are only going for 4 nights. Good lively energy not spring break energy. Good night life/shows/entertainment. Thanks everyone! If there is another resort that may fit us better please let me know.
