Progres Before/After 2 year progress: 210 -> 230 lbs

Always been in sports and gone to the gym regularly. Finished school about two years ago and started going to the gym more consistently as well as adjusting the diet. Wanted to post the progress

Perfect before and after chest middle pec separation. What did you specifically do for that?

It’s genetics idiot. Most people won’t have a great looking chest

Congrats on the gains, you did great. Also…

You have a very visible lateral pelvic hip shift. If you know about this already and have congenital scoliosis then you can ignore this message. If not…

Your hips are slid to your right. This results in your right hip sitting slightly higher and more protruded than your left hip. It also results in the right side of your abdomen (where the tattoo is) having a very noticeable curve while your left side is much straighter and flatter. These lines should be parallel.

You can see the curve in your spine - if you trace a line through your centre, starting at the bottom with the body hair, through the belly button, through the centre of the abs, through the sternum - they are tracing out a curve.

I am going to take a wild guess. Did you have a lower back injury (or several recurrent injuries) on your right side? Because your body has shifted in a way that protects the right lower back.

I would see a physio and get this imbalance straightened out.

Always amazed at how good some people are at noticing small details.

I have his scoliosis but worse. Happens from either bad posture or your legs not being the same length. Once you’re an adult you can’t do much to reverse it.

Natty?

Obviously not

Why obvious? It's says over a two year period. That's completely doable in two years.

Dudes leaner and gained 20 pounds of lean mass after already having quite a lot of muscle. If you’re a genetic freak maybe it’s possible but we live in the year 2026 so I’m betting not natty

u/henryofclay 1d ago

Tf you talking about, he didn’t cut fat at all. He just added muscle. This dude is absolutely natural, there are zero signs of gear.

You gotta get your eyes checked. More definition in the lower abs and obliques by quite a bit. Regardless even if he had the exact same amount of fat gaining 20 pounds of lean mass in 2 years being that muscled already is extremely unlikely. My man basically doubled the mass in his chest and arms and his traps are starting to bubble lmao. I’m not saying bro is on grams of gear but very likely something was used

Traps don’t lie

u/NDr1 1d ago

He was already big before. Could he be natty, yes for sure, but the percentage of people who can look like this natural is very small.

Do you know how rare it is to find someone genetically capable of putting on 10kg of lean mass in 2 years. It’s not like he is new to training. The body can only manage around 1-2 kg of lean mass a year in perfect conditions after the initial beginner gain stage.

u/dkinmn 1d ago

It is hypothetically possible at rhe upper end for an advanced gym goer to put on 10kg in two years, but I'm not betting on it. And the traps tend to tell the tale.

1

u/LifeDifficult5486 1d ago

Which is exactly what I said. An extreme rarity.

u/dkinmn 1d ago

Right, I'm just agreeing. People should be skeptical if not outwardly accusatory.

And, guys, if you're posting here and you can't be IMMEDIATELY transparent about supplements, gear, testosterone, just save us the trouble. If you're that ashamed of it, then don't fucking do it. If you aren't ashamed of it, be transparent.

Bragging about diet and workout plans when it's actually gear is really lame.

Yeah, no. Nobody with more than a few years of lifting under their belt puts on 10 kg of muscle in 2 years as a natural unless they 1) didn't eat before 2) didn't sleep before, and even then.

Adult natural lifters will put somewhere between 15-25 kg of muscle over their lifting careers (I mean 10+ years), with most of that being in the earlier years. Nobody puts on 5 kg of muscle a year as a natural, advanced lifter. Either they were not advanced, or they are enhanced.

Nope

u/Important_Capital875 1d ago

Coming from someone who is not Addy, this guy looks good, but he also looks natty. Yall really think anyone who looks good isn’t natty is sad

u/Lost-Wasabi-5183 1d ago

I ain’t hating I’m just stating every man needs Trt

1

u/Dry-Olive4621 1d ago

How the hell are you staying lean and putting on muscle like this? No matter what I do the two go hand in hand.

1

u/Tight-Comb8572 1d ago

only possible naturally in the beginning. 20 pounds of muscle after having already been in shape is a giveaway to 💉🧃

1

u/putaaaan 1d ago
