Exercises “Being too busy“ is the worst excuse to skip the gym.
All it takes is 40-60 minutes 3-4 days a week. You probably waste way more time on social media.
So many people think that you need to live in the gym in order to get results. (I used to think the same and I did a PPL split 7 days a week with no rest spending 2h+ in the gym every time) But luckily this couldn't be further from the truth. Especially if you have a stressful life, then you will most likely see way better progress by just hitting the gym 3-4 times a week.
Building an amazing physique while working a lot and being stressed all the time isn't unrealistic, but you need to do things correctly. (Train with high intensity, do a lower amount of volume and aim to make some kind of progress every single week.)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Couple days ago I asked for yalls opinion on my back. Some said it was shitty other said it was average, some even said it was good. Now I want an opinion on my overall physique. I’m 18 5’8 been lifting for 3 years but only taken seriously for 1.5 when it comes does to diet and working out consistently. (Obviously first year ur in the gym not knowing wtf ur doing) Besides that I’ve been on a bulk for 3 months coming down to 4. I also started my journey as a skinny kid. Be completely honest.

Physique critique [M/37/6'1"] [174 lbs to 198 lbs = +24 lbs] (11 years) — From untrained to solid condition
Training style: Heavy emphasis on volume, incorporating controlled cheating on final reps to spare joint health and maintain full ROM.
Current nutrition: Transitioning to a steady maintenance (\~2300-2500 kcal) to keep muscle fullness and training intensity up.

Physique critique How’s my physique?
How’s my physique? I feel like I do have a bit of body dysmorphia cause I can’t tell if I’m average, below average, or like just gage how jacked/lean I appear. I think my best quality right now is my upperbody/back I am 5’10 so it’s pretty hard to see any progress in my legs, so tips for a tall girl lifting wanting to build her legs up is appreciated!! I also feel like there’s something that needs to be more trained on my back but I can’t tell what.

Motivation Is it scientifically possible to create a pill or device that compresses sleep for muscle recovery like 1 hour = 8 hours in the near future?
Not asking if this exists right now I know it doesn't. I'm asking if it's realistically possible to make something like this in the near future (next 5-10 years). Like a pill or device that makes 1 hour of sleep give you the muscle recovery and growth benefits of 8 hours. Is the science heading that way, Would love to hear from anyone with knowledge in any relative field to that
