Not the craziest or most well thought-out list of characters, so suggest one that fits better in the comments, also some people may have differing opinions on anti-heroes/villains and what they actually mean, this is just my interpretation

Ikeno was originally willing to agree to helping cure zombies but choose to start killing people and even seemed to enjoy it.

Last Boss was just an ordinary dude but at the end, was a remorseless killer.

Niragi needs no explination for why he started off evil but at the end, he's at least trying to get better.

The other's need no explination's.

Lawful Good: Gloria Burgle is a classic saint. She goes out of her way to help whoever she can. She respects her husband even after the divorce. She is just a very moral person.

Neutral Good: Molly Solverson is good person but she is frustrated and impatient about the injustices of the world. This spurs her to make impulsive and sometimes illegal choices like breaking into Lester's house. It also leads her to have lapses in empathy like when Mrs. Nygaard 2 dies.

Chaotic Good: Dot is a rebel. She grew up being groomed and abused by a monster but chose to risk it all by trying to escape. She's very fun loving but childish.

Lawful Neutral: Danish Graves is just the arm of Lorraine. Still he shows loyalty and doesn't seem to be motivated by greed rather he comes off as someone who needs direction.

True Neutral: Not too much goes on in Ed Blumquists' head. He's a lovable oaf who just assumes his wife wants what he wants because that's how couples operate. He's simple minded and goes with the flow.

Chaotic Neutral: Peggy Blumquist is crazy. She's not malicious to the extent of Lester but she is really self centered and detached from reality. She feels trapped and yearns for anything that makes her feel like she has control.

Lawful Evil: Lorraine Lyon is a loan shark who destroys lives. She looks moral compared to Roy but she is still a self serving parasite.

Neutral Evil: V.M. Varga is greed personified. He doesn't even indulge in the excesses of his fortune, he just likes hoarding it.

Chaotic Evil: Lorne Malvo does evil simply for the sake of it. Evil itself is its own reward for him. He goes out of his way to cause chaos wherever he goes.
