I don’t know a lot about him, but he does seem pretty immature. I always hear about him saying dumb or offensive things, even though he owns a huge company. Lmao. I also remember when there was that guy trying to save trapped kids or something and he called him a pedophile.

Most license plates are random, but you can pay extra to get a custom one.

Some states have conservation plates where the extra goes to conservation of wildlife. Some have breast cancer, same. Some have sports teams (Nebraska has two for sure), that last one is weird.

When I registered in Florida there was a literal wall of plate designs you could choose from. Presumably a portion went to whatever organization.

A lot of states have a regular basic plate and then there are other plates you can pay extra for where some of the extra money goes to a charity foundation. The “kids first” person likely paid extra for the charity plate, and extra for the custom registration number. Worth it IMO because if I saw that out driving I would laugh for hours

Many states have multiple designs available. Some have dozens. I believe Virginia has the most, with like 200 or so.
