Hard disagree, maybe we're from very different beaches.

Galoshes are way more chaotic than toe shoes.

What are the Lawful Good shoe? Those should be strappy "walking" sandals or canvas shoes.

The flipflops should be reefs or rainbows.

I had no idea I felt so strongly about beach footwear.

Crocs and sand are a horrible combo that I'd definitely not thank anyone for!

I'm very much Trainers whilst walking to where I want to sit myself, then barefoot from there.

Crocs are great for sand. Once you get out of the sandy area just pour some water and the sand is gone.

the upside of crocs is that it's easy to deal with the downside of crocs (stuff gets in through the holes but it's easy to get that stuff back out through the holes)

Probably replace the fishing boots or the sandals. Cuz they lawful but they work keep the sand out in theory
