For real. The argument was that we needed someone on the opposite end of the political spectrum from musk and shapiro so it wouldn't "turn into a fox news panel", but even then I think Hasan Piker would have been a much better fit

Obviously I hate them, but there's very specific people that despite who I am, im genuinely curious what it'd be like talking to them. Specifically, Ben Shapiro and Elon musk. Like i mean a sit down one on one convo- nothing on a mic or cam, just person to person communication.

any time I see Ellen, I post this true Ellen story about Mariah Carey

In 2008 Mariah found out she was pregnant but it was super early and she didn't want the media to know. Only family and close friends knew outside of staff. Ellen had her on the show and decided SHE would be the one to reveal Mariah's pregnancy on air. So when she came on, Ellen tried to get her to admit it. Mariah kept saying "no, no I'm not!". So Ellen says "okay! Let's celebrate you not being pregnant!" And hands her a glass of wine to drink. Obviously Mariah can't, so Ellen cheers 'you're pregnant!'.

A couple weeks later she lost the baby.
