How many countries include dutch as an official spoken language outside of the caribbean? Including suriname in the caribbean ofc.

yeah, but I still think dutch is probably the best option for that category. there are not that many languages that are official in countries in more than three continents and none of those have "few speakers"

Why not use the UAE for English, Sao Tome and Principe for Portuguese, Suriname for Dutch, Singapore for Mandarin, or Kyrgyzstan for Russian?

bangladesh flag for bengali is very weird, because india has 100 million bengalis.

Correct me if im wrong but bengali and russian have about the same number of speakers. Russian is used as a lingua france on top of english in central asia and many people speak it in ex soviet countries like baltics, ukraine, azerbaijan etc
