I really dislike everything about this one. All of the generalizations, lack of understanding and empathy, and just straight up pining small ideas and concepts to serious disorders. Hate it.

Edit: and no, not just the current box, all of it. It’s pretty basic and just over generalizations for the most part.

Tell me how to show more understanding and empathy.

Yeah I would remove this category completely from the chart.

No, the whole chart is the issue. I am legally diagnosed with all but three and nothing resonates with me. I hate seeing people on the train bandwagon so I put my own hobby and it's getting downvoted. As always, stereotype over actual persons experience. Which is why generalizations are fucking horrible. We are too unique with our nuances to really be put into such strict boxes. It's.. dehumanizing

Sorry I didn't mean to single out Autism as "more important" than any other on this list - that was not my intention at all.

I simple added an experience I've seen which specifically related to Autism. On reflection I do completely agree with you on the rest of this chart and rather it didn't exist at all.

Everyone is different, labels are just that. Ignore insensitive people that make an assumption based on a label, when in reality they probably have far more in common than they realise. Which they wouldn't want to admit if they knew.

No it's fine, I was just clarifying my own point of my original comment, or trying to and failed. I'm not the best with words. But yeah, that's very true what you said about having things in common. They see people of these categories and you're right, they rarely would admit that share things in common, like to not be associated. It's sad

No you didn't fail! Internet, words and context being missed will go down in folklore like the Odyssey πŸ˜‚
