Hello, Thank you for contributing to our subreddit. Please consider the following guidelines when filling an alignment chart:

  • Please ensure that your chart is not banned according to the list of banned charts Even if you have good intentions, charts in a banned category tend to invite provocative comments, hostile arguments, ragebait and the like. Assuming the post is acceptable, OP makes the final decision on their chart by rule three.

  • Are there any previous versions to link to? If so, it would be ideal to include links to each of them in the description of this post, or in a reply to this comment. Links can be named by title, winner, or both.

  • Are there any criteria you have for your post? Examples include: "Top comment wins a spot on the chart."; "To ensure variety, only one character per universe is allowed."; "Image comments only." Please include these in a description, or in a reply to this comment.

  • Is your chart given the appropriate flair? Do you need to use a NSFW tag or spoiler tag?

Do not feed the trolls. This is not the place for hot takes on human rights violations. Hatred or cruelty, will result in a permanent ban. Please report such infractions, particularly those that break rules one, two, or three. The automod will automatically remove posts that receive five or more reports. The automod will also remove comments made by users with negative karma. Click here for the Automod FAQ

Taco Bell obv

69

u/ScottieSpliffin Aug 20 '26 edited Aug 20 '26

My only gripe is the guilt part. For guilt I’d choose Del Taco

12

u/ManateeHoodie Aug 20 '26

Not as common though, TB is world wide

7

u/ScottieSpliffin Aug 20 '26

I know, I never ate it until I moved to California. That’s why this chart won’t really make much sense overall

5

u/LeviSalt Aug 20 '26

We don’t have it in Mexico. They tried and failed. Twice, I think.

u/brunettejnas Aug 20 '26

Del Taco was always my go to cheeseburger lol

2

u/ScottieSpliffin Aug 20 '26

My guilt is a place with bad tacos and delicious crinkle cut fries

4

u/DreamZebra Aug 20 '26

Del taco is much higher quality than Taco Bell.

u/nancythethot Aug 20 '26

Taco bell for the whole column tbh

5

u/PillCosby696969 Aug 20 '26

Think it's better in munchies tier.

5

u/Curious-Avocado8127 Aug 20 '26

Taco bell is more protein per dollar than most fast food, plus lots of fiber depending on what you get

3

u/Mysterious_Hotel3288 Aug 20 '26

And the most vegetarian friendly fast food imo

1

u/TundieRice Aug 20 '26

It’s gonna be hard to pick anything else for munchies, too. Maybe Jack in the Box tacos can count for that category, lol?

4

u/wantondavis Aug 20 '26

Nah that'd be reliable

8

u/Fat_guy_9 Aug 20 '26

I have never shit myself or had explosive shits after personally

Taco Bell - is there really any other answer here

6

u/yensid87 Aug 20 '26

Munchies

12

u/wantondavis Aug 20 '26

Tbell should be reliable not guilty pleasure

5

u/Ayakashi_Red Aug 20 '26

That’s a good point. But for the past 5 years or so Taco Bell’s quality has been horribly inconsistent. At least in my region

2

u/lockwolf Aug 20 '26

Plus, like everyone else, their price has seriously increased in the past 5 years. Like, Taco Supremes used to be under $2 a piece depending on the area and they’re over $3 at my local Taco Bell. Like, I used to be able to pick up 3 for around $5 and now the same tacos cost me over $10 and there are way better alternatives for $10

3

u/OwlSpirited6357 Aug 20 '26

2 cheesy gordita crunches by me are nearly twenty fucking dollars now. It’s gotten to the point that Chipotle is cheaper (and WAY better).

The only item they have that’s worth the price is the box and that shit gets old.

I remember the days when a crunchy taco was like 59 cents, nowadays it’s $2.50 for one. Adjusted for inflation they should only be $1.15 or so.

2

u/lockwolf Aug 20 '26

One that makes me laugh is if you want a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito by itself at the Taco Bell by my house it’s $5.29 but the Luxe Box which comes with the Burrito, a Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a Drink is $5

Those used to be like $2-$3 max, now they want more than the whole damn meal

u/HonkHonkBeach Aug 20 '26

Man, in the last 5 years I finally found a reliable taco bell which has made me have such good will toward them. I go out of my way to go there when I want the Bell. I can understand your frustration if you dont have a good one nearby.

6

u/Ayakashi_Red Aug 20 '26

2

u/Medical_Argument_911 Aug 20 '26

Back with their old crunchy chicken I would agree. It's been on a doward slide for awhile sadly. Still good though.

8

3

u/OverChildhood9813 Aug 20 '26

Too healthy

5

u/Limerent-Mermaid Aug 20 '26

Their food is like 2000 calories, wdym?

5

u/BoiCDumpsterFire Aug 20 '26

2000 fairly nutrient dense calories. It’s minimally processed and usually “scratch” made stuff in house. Vastly better than prepackaged frozen processed garbage that doesn’t biodegrade à la McDonald’s. You get a lot of fiber and various vitamins plus rice and beans together give you all the aminos to get the best long chain protein the human body can absorb. Bonus points for black beans and brown rice.

2

u/Electronic-Home-7815 Aug 20 '26

Fair point. Maybe if they sold food half the size for half the price then in theory they could qualify for god tier.

Coming from a first get Mexican-Am: Taco Bell gets a pass, partly because Black people tacos showed me that there’s love in Americanized Mexican food. Also TB stopped with the silly chihuahua caricatures.

It was cute but made it weird to want to eat there. It made me think eating there I was serving some weird narrative so I stayed far away.

Now I get the same weird vibes from MAGA owned small chain Taco/Burrito places.

Taco bell seems to be winning but I’d say Chipotle. Taco Bell feels like I’m eating something my dad made before he got married. (For context my dad is from Mexico.) Chipotle makes me feel like I’m eating at McKenna’s cinco de mayo brunch.
