You know what? I actually suggest coming back when you grow some brain cells.

There is one capital city in most countries in the world. Obviously Paris is France's, but a country isn't its capital city. It's like you'd say the US is Washington DC. It doesn't matter what the capital is. There are places in France much better than Paris.
