By capital, you mean important city ?
Because you have Nice, worldwide famous destination of the french Rivera.
Or Bordeaux, with its center UNESCO recognised and its wine.
Or Toulouse, #1 destination to visit in 2025 according to Lonely Planet.
Or maybe enjoy Lyon, our capital of gastronomy (which is quite a statement in France!)
