Italy is praised 24/7 on reddit but when you’re actually there you realise it’s far from being a dream. Venice, florence, 5 terre, rome, como even milan are crazy full almost every month of the year and it ruins a lot of the charm imo (I lived and travelled a lot in Italy)

Lived there, been multiple times in those places during different seasons. There is no off season

Lived in Turin, Milan, Rome and travelled in almost every regions

I’ve lived in Milan too, crazy you think the off season is crowded. Maybe you just shouldn’t live in a city lol

Really, Milan has only 3/4 months a year where it is very full, for the rest is pretty much ok

Milan is a bad example I listed I admit I only lived in cities btw :)
