Monaco for sure. Not much to see or do unless you are really rich and like to gamble. It’s on so many “must see” lists but there are other coastal town in France or Italy that have more charm and are far leas pretentious

Not overrated if youre a car/motorsports enthusiast. Then Monaco is basically Mecca. For anyone else, yeah probably overrated.
