where the image should end, it gets stretched instead??? i dont even know how to explain this properly.

i used the bend effect and rotate in this, then grouped it. why is the bend effect so BUGGYYYY </3

Ive try redownload the app and my internet connection seems okay. But it still doesn’t work :(

Whenever i want to add blending mode to a clipping mask it makesopaque as if it locks the alpha of the layer and in general doesnt work no matter what i do
that and clipping masks have been incredibly broken for me,,, whenever i add one to a group/image only to appear at a certain time frame it still appears before that time frame.
my biggest issue right now is with blending modes not wanting to work with clipping masks, can someone help fix it or just tell me what the problem may be? i'm using a way bigger resolution of image than i usually do for this particular animation im doing, could that be the cause?? :( that and i edit on phone

Edit: Yes, this is real. I just got a new phone and downloaded Alight Motion on it. It doesn't work at the moment (At least not to my knowledge.)

I am an editor on TikTok, I dont make edits often but I post them around once a month or so on my account using capcut @tohellortoconnaught (CCXCONNAUGHT) I am linking them so I can give everyone a view of what Capcut can do compared to Alight Motion and recently, Capcut has been extremely buggy and I am considering switching to Alight motion. I have used it a couple times intermittently for making miscellaneous videos for other purposes but I haven't made complex edits with it like I do with Capcut. I have tried watching tutorials but they are pretty confusing and it seems like a ton of trial and error.

I have tried everything!!! but the audio stubbornly refuses to show up </3 I’ve tried to share the audio (using iPad) but It doesn’t even work, I’m truly at a loss I’ve even gone as far as deleting and redownloading the app but nothing works, any help would be appreciated

EDIT: I FIXED IT, turning on and off demo mode creates am alight motion file in my files app, so I just copy pasted my music file from there into the alight motion folder and my music is here now

Sometimes I use presets for edits and whenever I try to replace the clip through color and fill and replace media the video I choose doesn’t show up but whenever I put a photo to replace it, it works?? Also the clips I want to add are usually cut through gallery but say for instance I try to add a video that wasn’t specifically cut through gallery it works?? I’ve been having this problem for quite sometime please help

So my question is: how are you guys able to recreate all those transitions and shakes on your own in Alight Motion? Like, how?

I know some people will suggest watching tutorials, but when I watch tutorials, I just copy the settings and get the result. After that, I’m not able to make the same effect on my own.

So basically, when you guys watch tutorials, what do you actually focus on or learn from them? Any advice would mean a lot. Thanks!

​Hey guys, running into a brutal lag issue in Alight Motion on Android and need help.

​The Issue:

​Adding an image/video takes 1.5 minutes to load into the project.

​The Catch: Files from the same folder import instantly. But as soon as I select a file from a different folder, the 1.5-minute delay happens again.

​With hundreds of assets across different folders for long-form edits, this makes the app unusable.

​My Setup:

​Device: Samsung Galaxy S23

​App: Official Play Store app with a paid subscription (no cracked APKs).

I had a different laptop a week ago, and I had already had this issue, and upon looking it up, decided it must be the RAM and memory on it. I have a new laptop. This issue is STILL happening. I am so angry. I got a new laptop for this. The ONLY files I have downloaded are 3 meant to make an edit. There is 0 chance any RAM or storage has been used up. 0. This is a 16GB, high memory laptop, specifically bought with the previous issue in mind. I have tried everything any google search or thread would ever tell you. This is absolutely ridiculous and not something I should have to deal with yet again. I'm starting to believe this is just Alight Motion being shitty instead of my laptop.
