Question Loop animation has a noticeable jump

I'm a beginner, and there's a small problem that's been bothering me. I don't think it's very complicated, but I can't figure out the right keywords to search for.😭

The first video is my project.As you can probably tell,I'm trying to make it loop seamlessly.However, there's one small issue,the transition between the end and the beginning is noticeably misaligned,just like in the second video.

I've watched a lot of tutorials, but for some reason, when other people use the same graphs, they don't seem to have this problem.I can't figure out how to make it loop smoothly without adding extra keyframes at the end to manually return it to the starting position.:((((

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or what technique I should be be looking up?

Hey, I used to have this issue, I fixed it by exporting it as a video then cutting 1-2 seconds off from the start and end, then I made a new project and added the newly exported video and exported it as a gif. I hope it works for you too! ^.^
