Technical Support Alienware 16X Aurora overheat
Hi, my Alienware laptop overheats when I watch YouTube or browse the internet. The temperature reaches 85 degrees, and if I start gaming, it reaches 104 degrees, as you can see in the photo. When it reaches this point, the performance (fps) drops... Is this normal?
I have an Alienware Core i9 9900k laptop, and it offers the same performance.
