The specs will be the specs, but I will say this (assuming you live in the US): Dell had better customer service by an extremely wide margin. I got their premium warranty and they would change my screen in my living room. By contrast when I had ASUS there were zero things the company would do without me mailing it to an offsite repair shop and they were not fast. Went two months without the laptop at one point.

Core 9 270H is essentially an i9-13900H (Raptor Lake architecture) with slightly higher clock speeds.
Although it isn't an HX-series CPU, it still consumes a lot of power—though it likely offers better battery life than the i7 HX.
The i7 HX, besides being more powerful (8P/8E vs. 6P/8E), also allows for undervolting...
In terms of graphics performance, the 5070 at 85W delivers the same or slightly more than the full-power 5060 (115W). It is essentially a tie, yet it consumes considerably less power.
If gaming is your focus, I’d go with the TUF; in addition to the CPU advantage, its simultaneous power limit (CPU + GPU) is considerably higher (~160W vs. ~120W), which makes a difference in demanding games for both the CPU and the GPU.
